Custom Orders
All products are custom-made based on the information, photos, and approvals you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all details, spelling, and images are correct before approving your final proof. Once approved, orders move into production and cannot be changed or canceled. If you notice an error BEFORE an order moves into production, contact us immediately.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before any custom design or production begins.

Proof Approval & Submitted Photos
All submitted photos are provided as-is, and any editing, cropping, or quality adjustments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed. A digital proof for custom vinyl magnets will be provided for your review before production. By approving the proof or submitting your photos, you confirm that all design elements, text, and images are correct. We are not responsible for errors, image quality, or edits once the proof has been approved.

Production & Shipping
Production times may vary depending on order size and complexity. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any images or content submitted. By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Use of Photos for Marketing
By placing an order, you grant Love & Luck Magnets permission to use photos of the finished product for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and advertising. We will never share personal contact information.

If you prefer that your images not be used, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will fully respect your request.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
